Refund policy
At Amber + Willow we want you to love your purchase, but if for some reason it does not meet your expectations and you would like to make a return, we please ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
Please note we must be informed via email BEFORE you send anything back to us otherwise it can not be accepted. Please contact us at hello@amberandwillow.com (not via Instagram)
Once your return request has been approved by A+W, the product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned to us in the same condition and packaging they were received in.
The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately to avoid any damage during transit.
Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging can not be refunded.
Breakages.
Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for breakages. We must be notified of any damage/breakages within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please note, if you availed of our Free Shipping Over €150 when placing your order — when you return the order/ part order, the shipping cost will come out of your refund amount.
