Shipping Policy

Republic of Ireland Shipping: Our shipping partner is An Post and we offer standard shipping at €6.00 and FREE SHIPPING orders over €150 within the Republic of Ireland (excluding furniture and heavier items)  

Your order will be packed and out for delivery within 2-4 working days {our larger furniture items may take longer} Amber + Willow is a small business so if it runs a little over this we ask for your patience! 

Please note our larger heavier items can only be delivered within Ireland and incur a delivery charge of €45.00. Larger items are delivered to your door only. 

Please note that in general all deliveries will be made between 9 - 5pm on a working day. There will need to be someone at the address to accept the delivery. Deliveries that need to be re-directed due to no-one being at the address will incur additional shipping charges.

UK Shipping: Standard shipping to the UK for up to 10kg at a rate of €25. Approximate delivery window is 3-7 days but can take longer due to Brexit and Customs delays at the border. *Please note custom charges are a separate cost and will be incurred on you upon arrival to the UK. 

International Shipping: We offer international shipping on most products* to a select number of European countries which will appear at checkout

(*Some heavier or more fragile items cannot be shipped internationally)
