Returns

At Amber + Willow we want you to love your purchase, but if for some reason it does not meet your expectations and you would like to return your purchase, we please ask that you let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. 

please note We must be informed via email BEFORE you send anything back to us otherwise it can not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved by A+W, the product must be returned to us within 1 week from that date or it can not be accepted. All items must be returned to us in the same condition and packaging they were received in — otherwise a full exchange / refund may not be possible. 

Shipping

We try to have your order packed + out for delivery within 3 working days {our larger furniture items may take longer} Amber + Willow is a small business so if it runs a little over this we ask for your patience! 

We offer standard shipping at €6.50 and FREE SHIPPING on all orders OVER €100 within Ireland (excluding furniture)

Please note our larger heavier items incur a delivery charge of €50.00. Larger items are delivered to your door only. 

Please note that in general all deliveries will be made between 9 - 5pm on a working day. There will need to be someone at the address to accept the delivery. Deliveries that need to be re-directed due to no-one being at the address will incur additional shipping charges.

We pack our orders with 90% recyclable materials however some of our most delicate items may be packaged with bubble wrap.

Terms

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately.

Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

Breakages

Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for breakages. We must be notified of any damage/breakages within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note, if you availed of our Free Shipping Over €100 when placing your order — when you return the order/ part order, the shipping cost will come out of your refund amount.
