Glass Bell Jar Vase

A classic and versatile vase, I use these year-round. Fill with fresh cut flowers, shells, pebbles, pinecones, wine corks for a quirky piece of decor; they're great for planting spring bulbs in such as hyacinths as they can grow within the jar. Just add some gravel on the base for drainage, some twigs for support and cover the bulbs with moss. You can also create beautiful sculptural arrangements within the jar using our flower frogs and running stems or twigs along the sides to create a sort of garden-woodland in a jar. Or you can use it as a candle holder - these are especially useful for garden parties as they provide shield from the breeze - just plonk a pillar candle inside and you're done.
